Long Ferment Baguette sold individually

French Law states that a baguette can only be made with 4 ingriedients, Flour, Water, Yeast and Salt. Who are we to argue! We make our Baguettes the traditional way, with a 2 day ferment and proof. We use only orgnaic flours in our bakes.

  • Shelf Life/Storage

    All our bread is made to order, so is freshly baked when collected. These baguettes are best eaten within 2 days. If required for a later date, we recommend freezing them and refreshing in the oven before use for a freshly baked experience.
