White(ish) Sourdough

This is our signature loaf. Made with a 5 year old Organic Rye starter culture, developed right here in Tongwynlais. This is no ordinary white(ish) loaf, fermented and proofed for over 18 hours this loaf is not only delicious but is also better for you than commercial breads. 

  • Ingredients

    Organic White Flour(WHEAT), Organic Dark Rye Flour,
    Water, Salt

  • Shelf Life/Storage

    This loaf is freshly baked on day of collection. It will be great for 2-3 days for sandwichs etc and still good for toasting on day 4. If you want the loaf for a later date, please freeze and allow to defrost before use. For that freshly baked taste pop in the oven.
