This is our signature loaf. Made with a 5 year old Organic Rye starter culture, developed right here in Tongwynlais. This is no ordinary white(ish) loaf, fermented and proofed for over 18 hours this loaf is not only delicious but is also better for you than commercial breads.

Made with local Organic Wholemeal flours, including Hen Gymro a wheat variety that was once widely grown in Wales, this loaf is versatile and good for you to boot. I particulary love this loaf toasted with scrambled eggs.

Small Sourdough Rye Seeded Tin Loaf

Made with a combination of organic light and dark rye flours and coated with pumpkin and sunflower seeds for extra texture. This bread is delicious with cheese or anything you can think of. My 9 year old son particularly likes this bread with strawberry jam.
