Made with local Organic Wholemeal flours, this loaf is versatile and good for you to boot. I particulary love this loaf toasted with scrambled eggs.

    Organic White Flour (WHEAT), Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (WHEAT), Organic Wholemeal Hen Gymro Flour (WHEAT) Organic Rye Flour (RYE)Water, Salt.

  • Shelf Life/Storage

    This is baked freshly on day of collection. It will be great as bread for 2 to 3 days and perfect for toast after that. If required for a later date, freeze on day of colleciton.
